I will come to you in your emptiness and share with you all that I have. I will come to you in your desperation and together we will drink. I will come to you in your loneliness and welcome you into my life. I will come to you in your shame and bestow on you honour and joy as best as I can. I will come to you in your sickness and bring healing words and balm. I will come to you in your captivity to break the chains that bind … And if I cannot win your freedom by any means I can! I will come to you, the least of these.
